The combined technology

The combined technology of the single crystal nucleation (seed-helicoid) for the production of blades with the high structural perfection degree ensures the transfer for the structure of this orientation by 100% from the seed to a product, decreases the subgrain blockness and disorientation. The technology is extensively used in the commercial production with the high (90-95%) macrostructure efficiency.
